Where does an Adviser invest?

22 May

Forgive me for being ultra-boring, but I like investments that have seen the term of several prime-ministerships, where future returns are not predicated on stories and where leakages such as tax and costs are minimised. As an investor with a 10+ year timeframe for investment an index fund is an absolute winner for mine. With a small deposit my investment provides me with an exposure to the top 200 companies in the Australian share market (the ASX200). Rather than placing my dreams on the prospects of a few shares, I have the confidence in the knowledge that my investment is delivering true and transparent share market performance.
