Financial Services Guide & Important Information
Before we work together, it's important you know exactly who you're dealing with, and what you can expect from us.
That’s the purpose of our Financial Services Guide (FSG). It’s a document licensed financial advice firms like ours are required to provide, and it sets out the practical details of our relationship:
- the services we’re licensed to offer,
- how we’re paid,
- how we manage any conflicts of interest, and
- what to do if you ever have a concern.
But, we see it as more than a compliance requirement.
Good advice starts with clarity, and clarity starts with knowing the full picture before any advice is given. The FSG is where that picture begins.
